CONNECT Our Future - Charlotte Regional
Urban3 was contracted by the Centralina Council of Governments as a part of the “CONNECT Our Future” regional planning process. Urban3 conducted economic analyses highlighting tax revenue production development patterns across the 14-County region. At the forefront of the CONNECT Our Future process is the client’s scenario planning tool that has created different visions of future regional growth based on a variety of “Community Types.” Urban3 analyzed the varying property tax production of the 15 Community Types in each county and municipality, as well as across the region. While Charlotte is undoubtedly the epicenter of the vicinity, Urban3 also analyzed suburban, rural and exurban communities across the CONNECT region.
